PDC Cutter Precision

This precision tool allows you to cut parking sensor holes in paint protection film/PPF or car wrap film, after the film has been applied to the vehicle, in sizes from 18mm to 32mm diameter. It uses a blade guide system which, when set up correctly, allows the film to be cut in a perfect circle, without fear of cutting through and into the underlying paint.

The tool is attached to the vehicle by a suction cup, holding you securely in place and allowing you to make a perfectly round cut that is precisely connected at the ends.

A very fine blade depth adjustment system is used, allowing the blade depth to be adjusted in 20 micron increments. This ensures that the blade depth can be set correctly for cutting a wide range of PPF/Vinyl materials.

Extremely tight tolerances and precision machined components ensure that minimal play occurs. This means that the circles are perfectly round and, more importantly, that they fit together precisely at the end of the cut.

The diameter of the circular cut is adjusted by means of a rotating cylinder with tactile feedback and varies from 18mm to 32mm, suitable for most PDC sensors on most cars.

A brake or drag adjustment is built into the body of the tool. This can be adjusted to suit the user and the situation and adds an extra level of control to the cutting process.
